[2020] Game freezes (still allows tele) unless on a low draw in this entire area.

FYI, we found the cause of the issue, it should be fixed on Monday. For the time being you can delete js5-16.jcache in C:\ProgramData\Jagex\RuneScape or teleport to a BH world. The crash will be world specific so try and use a different world to the one you crashed on.
