[2019] Player Owned Ports broken after 14 Jan Update;

Apologies as this is my first post, I may make some mistakes.
So I haven't seen anything about this on the front page and it seems pretty game breaking.
I logged in RS3 an hour ago and two of my voyages which I am sure I sent at 100% success rate failed and resulted in both being broken with cooldowns of 5 hrs and 1 hr for ship repairs.

I was surprised and saw that my PoP crew is literally broken, and they have 0 stats except those with traits.
