While there is a lot of ninja fixes, I think ninja focused on a specific area is far better than just patch weeks with a bunch of random fixes like we were getting before, and there has generally been at least one decent sized content addition each month (Jul. Desperate Measures, Aug. Alch Hydrix, Sept. Effigy Incubator). Also, ninja have been including some small content additions, like the new lunar spells, alongside the regular QoL fixes for current content.

There haven't been many "empty" weeks in the past few months, just 1 patch week per month, which I think is fine; not ideal but far better than before. I think Warden might actually be starting to pull it off, getting the release cadence back on track; it's just taking a while to ramp up. I'm sure some weeks are still going to be "empty" going forward in the near future, but it's looking a lot better than it used to.

Is it just me or does it annoy anyone else how much mod warden says cadence?

The word cadence is WAY overused by us lot on the Community Team too in meetings - it's pretty much a self-meme at this point for us. We say it all the time. Pretty sure we all need to stick our head in a Thesaurus to fix it!

(As /r/Dalmathus said, it's a pretty common dev industry term so it's not really surprising we all say it!)

I'm sure the team will appreciate seeing this feedback. We're still hitting our stride so it's great to see that (at least for some of you) you can feel the step up already. Lots of hard work going into making this happen.

Is there a Mod Cadence yet?

Not yet, but when there is, they better make a regular appearance.

... I'll see myself out.
