[2021] Anyone know how to get Naressa's journal and Petruccio's feather?

EDIT: Apparently theyre just drops from the nodon slayer creatures...

EDIT: I found a chest with only option being "investigate" and it says "you peer into the box and see a handful of small feathers" but I can't take one? Maybe I need to find and talk to Petruccio before I can take one?

EDIT 2: Theres a new cutscene when talking to Mr Mordaut about Orthen digsite? Or have I just not done that cutscene before?

EDIT 3: I went looking at the hibernation pods on anachronia (orthen) but I didn't find any journals
