I have had a look and it appears as though your account does have it unlocked - If you look for the Purple 'Amare' Outfit in the wardrobe or the 'Chinchompa plushie' in your Diango retrieval they are there :)

As far as I'm aware, the package isn't the Umbral package (and hasn't been since July 16th).
This month, it's the Umbral Pack - with the Umbral Waraxe, Umbral Akh and Umbral Wings.
