[2019] jagex needs to stop with developer description (aka developer difficulty)

slayer helmet says all boosts but it doesn't give armor, codex buff drop rate, or ferocious ring damage bonus (or the ring of life effect).

how is a player supposed to know that when it says it gives all slayer buffs from the helm?

jagex makes the description and goes "yeah i know what that means because i can see the code/made it myself".

literally pull any average player into the studio or ask them online or even sneak peak it and everyone would ask the same question "what is everything, is it everything?".

Because jagex descriptions, more often than not, tend to be total garbage and inaccurate.

another example is the spa t3. says all boosts are increased by 50% duration yet thermal bath is still 60mins, it should be 90min. How am I supposed to know that is excluded?
