Glitch in Pickaxe of Life activity

If you lose the enchanted moonstone to dying in the wilderness, you can't get it back. It is lost upon death, the master crafter doesn't enchant another one for you, and you can't get it from the Um ritual site.

Similarly, the mysterious black stone fragment from Mos Le'Harmless is also lost without return. The slab becomes unmineable once you claim the fragment the first time.

I suspect the meteor fragment is similarly un-reobtainable, but I didn't have it yet, so I don't know.
