Saradomin Godsword (Passive) Update

Before the combat update the Saradomin Godsword (Passive) would replenish your prayer substantially more and the effect would proc a lot more often. After the update the effect procs less often, which is fine seeing as it's only supposed to have 25% to activate per hit. The healing effect seems to be about the same, maybe a little weaker. But the prayer replenishing has almost been completely gutted only replenishing 1-20 prayer points when it procs. Can we get a buff/fix to the prayer replenishing effect of the Saradomin Godsword (Passive) to make it as good as it was before the update, please?
