Smith X bugs

If you make more projects than you have inventory space, they get dropped on the ground.

Can't pick them up : "This item appears to have been picked up".

If you try to use the Anvil/Forge with some unfinished smithing item at your feet, the items in your inventory get dropped instead of being smithed.

Had to switch world to solve the problem.
