[2023] Duplicate Imcando hatchet fragments Bug

It seems I got this bug... the first piece I got was the 2nd piece from Oak, then 1st fragment next, then 4th... and now I just got a repeat of the 2nd fragment. From what I can tell from other posts, this is a bug and not intended? Who do I contact over this issue?

Edit: According to other posts, that I shouldnt bother continuing to try to get the 3rd, cuz I will only get 1/2/4 again... Rsn is "Sexy Sylveon".
