The Dimension of Disaster quest is impossible to complete if you destroy Arrav's heart after retrieving it in the prepared canopic jar. The prepared canopic jar is retrievable from Ernie after destruction, but Arrav's heart is gone from the game forever. It is not on the pedestal anymore.
There is an RS wiki article which has the bug posted since late 2015. The article says you have to reset the quest but this is my first time playing the quest and this option isn't available to me.
