[2023] You can't use portable fairy rings past 30 wilderness despite the restrictions being "removed". I'm sure there's a few other niche teleport items that are common in clues that also have been forgotten about. Slayer cape worked just fine to get me out of deep wildy, but fairy ring was blocked.
