Most of the perks are so niche, having to run all across the island to reapply the totem buffs make most of them not worth it. Heck by the time you run to a totem and perform the ritual for the GWD1 totem, you could easily already have KC and a couple boss kills.
I was very excited about these passive boosts until I learned they require DAILY upkeep.
Edit: I have been informed that today was the weekly reset, so it may be a weekly passive after all.
