I was locked out for over a month but my Guardian's Gift is only 100%? Shouldn't it be 300%?

We're aware some people are reporting not receiving extra charges from the Wishes despite having been a Locked Out player. We're looking into this urgently and we'll be back with more updates as we get them.
So the news post lacks a lot of details. Is the entire event going away after the four weeks or just the XP rewards? It doesn't make sense to remove entire story elements, especially if it's going to be important to the GWD3 going forward.
There's a new part of the Battle released each week, and you can play catchup at any time (ie. if you join Week 3, Week 1, 2 and 3 will be available to play).
To make sure it's replayable, it's wrapped up as a Miniquest.

From what i can see your account wasn't created before April 5th in which case you won't receive the Guardian's Gift

Thanks for the continued patience everyone. Unfortunately we don't have a firm update to share just yet, but the team are looking at every possible solution to work out what would be quickest and most effective to get this resolved.
We'll check back in either way in an hour or so with any new developments.
Can we use the 100% we are given in the meantime? Or do we wait until the right amount of % is given?
Just to confirm on this - yes you can. We'll be adding the missing %.
Thanks for keeping us updated, although this is already a month late and I know people with accs STILL locked out.

Some potential good news on this as of 16:45 Game Time: we have a fix in with QA now that's undergoing testing that we'll be looking to get out there asap.
This fix is subject to testing - so no promises just yet - but progress is being made. As soon as we have more, we'll let you know.
(Since many of you are asking, just to reconfirm, you can use your 100% Wishes charge in the meantime. We'll be topping up the missing Charges so it shouldn't impact anything, though if you use all 100%, you will need to reclaim the item itself from Diango once the fix is out).
Hotfix: We have just released a hotfix to address missing Guardian's Gift charges for some Lockout players.
If you did not have the expected amount of Charges, please log out and back in for this change to take effect. If you have used all your 100% charge before this hotfix was released, you can reclaim your Guardian's Gift containing the missing charges from Diango.
