[2019] Bug: Crate appears on map for oil rig but after clearing all scientists there's no Chinook crate.

Cleared all scientists on large oil rig. No one else was on the rig. The crate appeared on map the whole time we were clearing. Then after looting/ recycling we looked for the Chinook crate to start the event but it wasn't there. We checked the map and it disappeared. All elite crates were there. This isn't the first time its happened and it's been happening on both small and large.
