[2019] [EU] Facepunch 4 is constantly down

Yesterday it went down two times for a total of 1h. Today it's already four times, with a total of 4h, as of right now. Sometimes the continuous uptime is as low as 30 min.

Moreover, the server state gets rolled back by about 10-15 minutes, this really interferes with the game. Imagine flying a mini copter or raiding.

Facepunch please fix this. This server is completely unplayable.
