[2019] Do you ever get a reply back from F7 feedback?

I keep getting Rustclient.exe stopped working crashes. I've literally tried everything suggested on 5 pages worth of google search. Nothing seems to have fixed it and I can't seem to find any problems with my system after a dozen different tests.

I recently made a feedback ticket using the ingame F7 option giving all the details. Just wondering do they ever reply back? Was hoping after giving them my output_log file and the event viewer error and a bunch of other details that they would get back to me with a possible fix.

I just want to play the game without crashing randomly.
