[2022] fps are at 1-4 fps

after this recent forcewipe update my game ran fine. Then after updating it my game runs at literally 1 fps. My pc is fine I have a ryzen 5 3600, 32 gigs of ram, and a 6600xt. Other games run fine ,but only rust doesn't work. I have resettled my pc, reconnected to the internet, and completely uninstalled ,but nothing works
