[2021] Players are unable to receive Twitch Drop due to short streams and offline streamers

All streamers have streamed far more than 4 hours overall. You don't need to watch 4 consecutive hours to get the drop - it can be across multiple streams.

As mentioned several times, streamers have no obligation to stream Rust and are doing so at their own discretion. If you want schedules then we would need contracts and stuff with streamers which is another problem on its own. However, this was a first for us and we'll come up with better streamer-specific drop timings in the future.
