Description of Producivity Loss:

On multiple occasions, my factory has had significant loss in Producitivity (according to the Employee handbook, "significant" is list as "10% or aggregate or 5% intermediate factory output") due to the actions of the FIC*mas Orbital Delivery Specialist(FMODS) assigned to my planet.

I am unsure if this is the result of faulty equipment (501.2), outdated equipment (501.3), or human error (502.1), but the resulting producivity loss has the potential to force my factory to miss my quarterly goals. (For details, seek Confidential Memo [REDACTED]).

Further, from the items in the Employee Handbook, FIC*mas Supplment, I quote Section FM-221:

It shall be the goal of each FIC*mas Orbital Delivery Specialist(FMODS) to deliver their packages without injury or harm to another FICSIT employee, or limiting such harm to that employee that their producivity to the Company is not affected.

And section FM-222:

It shall be the duty of each FIC*mas Orbital Delivery Specialist(FMODS) to deliver their packages without ANY damage to FICSIT property. In as such, the FMODS shall land no Orbital Delivery within 50 meters of any FICSIT property.

Final Comments

I cannot express the amount of producivity lost due to dodging the poorly aimed packages being dropped on my factory from orbit. I sincerely hope this is due to faulty equipment, and not from employee malice. Spending my day having to look up at the sky for boxes about to land on my head instead of being able to concentrate on remaining productive and meeting my quarterly goals has resulted in significant anxiety.

I look forward to working with you to resolve this matter.
