[2022] FIX IDENTIFIED - Issues affecting cosmetic load-outs and unique traits

We've identified a fix for the issue that has been affecting some pirates' cosmetic load-outs and unique traits. We will be implementing a solution early next week - please note that pirates' unique traits, such as freckles and scars, will be restored with this fix.
