[2020] Dyslexia accessibility options

I was just hoping that either the Devs or someone who has report with them frequents this sub, because so far, the game is absolutely amazing for accessibility features but one that concerns me is reading, which there's a whole lot of if you're doing Good Hoarders or Merchants, not to mention the Tall Tales

A friend of mine has crippling dyslexia so doing these sort of quests without a crew is extremely tough for him, and I was thinking there ought to be a setting that allows for all the text in parchment on the game to be altered to a dyslexic-friendly font to make it easier.

It sure would be an amazing addition to an amazing game that already boasts a wide variety of accommodating features.
