| 945s | everywhere little bit Yeah so this is |
| 949s | the most socializing I do is in Sky IRL |
| 952s | I don't talk to anybody that hey hey as |
| 955s | long as as you get you know to share a |
| 958s | little bit of who you are and express |
| 960s | yourself with other people it doesn't |
| 961s | really matter if it's real life or not |
| 963s | uh as video game players I guess we all |
| 966s | know the importance of virtual |
| 968s | friendships they |
| 970s | are they are just as real as any other |
| 972s | friendship that we could |
| 974s | have oh yeah absolutely and I think that |
| 977s | definitely is like a key thing about sky |
| 979s | is building um that sense of community |
| 982s | and friendship among other Sky players |
| 985s | and that tends to evolve both in and |
| 987s | outside of Sky um I know I've made so |
| 990s | many friends over the last two years |
| 992s | that I've been streaming sky and it's |
| 994s | evolved to where we talk outside of Sky |
| 996s | daily and it really just has become an |
| 999s | extended family both with my community |
| 1001s | on Twitch as well as with the Creator |
| 1003s | troop and even with the devs at TGC um |
| 1006s | it's just been just such a huge part of |
| 1008s | my life sky has become um just getting |
| 1011s | to be a part of this amazing Community |
| 1014s | let's talk about that a little bit then |
| 1016s | like uh did you always wanted to be a |
| 1018s | content creator like how how did Sky |
| 1021s | come to your life and when did you |
| 1023s | decide to put yourself out there right |
| 1026s | and just start creating content uh for |
| 1029s | Sky fans yeah um so originally for |
| 1033s | anybody that isn't familiar with me um |
| 1035s | my name is Maverick Crossing because |
| 1036s | originally I was going to be exclusively |
| 1038s | an animal crossing streamer um that's |
| 1042s | that was my go-to plan and I had already |
| 1045s | been playing sky before I started |
| 1046s | streaming and I just decided you know I |
| 1050s | love Sky I kind of want to play it right |
| 1051s | now and I was streaming and I was like |
| 1053s | I'm just going to put it on um it was |
| 1055s | the first day that I had started |
| 1056s | streaming um so I was like I'll just put |
| 1059s | it on nobody's here nobody's watching so |
| 1061s | if nobody likes it you know what does it |
| 1063s | matter and I put it on and then |
| 1066s | immediately started getting raided by |
| 1068s | people that also love sky and they were |
| 1070s | excited because there wasn't really a |
| 1072s | big sky community at the time on Twitch |
| 1074s | so then of course then it started kind |
| 1077s | of building from there and I was like |
| 1078s | okay everybody else I I didn't realize |
| 1080s | that there were a lot of other people |
| 1081s | that played sky at the time because I |
| 1082s | wasn't really familiar with um Sky |
| 1085s | social media I I didn't know about nasty |
| 1087s | mold you know new mode um those big |
| 1090s | names um or even some of the smaller |
| 1093s | creators um I didn't even think to go |
| 1095s | look it up on YouTube or twitch or um |
| 1099s | insta or Tik Tok or anything it the |
| 1101s | thought hadn't even occurred to me |
| 1103s | so after that I was like well let me go |
| 1105s | look and then I did see that there was a |
| 1107s | bigger community on YouTube and Tik talk |
| 1109s | but there really wasn't a twitch |
| 1110s | community so I was like well maybe we |
| 1112s | can do something here and get something |
| 1113s | started here so started streaming more |
| 1116s | on there you know I met a lot of people |
| 1118s | that are also in the troop now like Josh |
| 1120s | with the pen and Starlet siren um you |
| 1123s | know so it I it was never part of my |
| 1126s | plan I never planed to stream Sky I just |
| 1129s | I remember it perfectly it was a Sunday |
| 1131s | and I always do Eden runs on |
| 1133s | Sunday and I just decided to run Eden |
| 1136s | and do a wing light and candle run and |
| 1138s | then it just kind of picked up from |
| 1140s | there and now I stream Sky every day two |
| 1142s | years later well saying that I have two |
| 1144s | things to say one can you please carry |
| 1146s | me through a a needen run because I'm |
| 1148s | still terrified to do that by myself I I |
| 1151s | would love to do that you guys uh |
| 1153s | Maverick get get this story it's really |
| 1155s | sad so uh please try not to laugh even |
| 1159s | if you do uh pretend to be crying after |
| 1161s | this story I'm playing sky and I finally |
| 1164s | made friends right like friends that |
| 1166s | stayed friends that I was able to |
| 1168s | interact oh already crying oh my |
| 1170s | goodness don't don't do that to me but |
| 1173s | but I one day log in and I'm like okay |
| 1176s | let me I see that my friends are online |
| 1178s | and I'm like wow let let me go say hi to |
| 1181s | them I I teleport to them and they are |
| 1185s | at this huge gate right and I'm like hey |
| 1188s | guys wait for me and it's fair enough |
| 1191s | it's Eden and I just got shed right on |
| 1194s | the face and I'm terrified I just go |
| 1196s | back to home and yeah five minutes later |
| 1200s | people come and say sam what happened |
| 1202s | and I'm like yep uh not gonna do that by |
| 1205s | myself ever again I need people to guide |
| 1208s | me so thank you Tes for doing that but |
| 1211s | Maverick you're you're next in line to |
| 1213s | be my official Eden Uber okay yeah no |
| 1218s | the I remember my first Eden run I've |
| 1220s | told this story on stream too I didn't |
| 1222s | know what we were supposed to do I went |
| 1223s | there with a couple of friends they just |
| 1226s | I I knew from cuz I had played when it |
| 1228s | was Skylight away and I remembered that |
| 1230s | we had to um we would lose our emotes |
| 1232s | and I was terrified of that so for a |
| 1233s | long time I refused to go cuz I was like |
| 1235s | I don't want to lose my emotes I worked |
| 1236s | so hard to get these I needed ascended |
| 1239s | candles and so finally my friends |
| 1240s | convinced me to go and I went cuz I had |
| 1244s | they were convinced they told me you |
| 1245s | know you'll just lose Wing light and so |
| 1247s | I went and um I thought we had to share |
| 1251s | the statues like whenever you go to give |
| 1253s | your wing light so I was like okay you |
| 1255s | get that one and I'll get this one so I |
| 1257s | did the full run and I think I only got |
| 1259s | one ascended candle cuz I only lit like |
| 1261s | four statues and then I died um cuz I I |
| 1264s | thought we had to share the statues and |
| 1267s | I was like I guess I'm going back so |
| 1269s | then of course I went immediately back |
| 1271s | and now honestly we do it so often and I |
| 1275s | do it with my community every week and |
| 1277s | it's honestly fun um by the time we get |
| 1279s | to the end like we'll lay down and we're |
| 1281s | just you know hanging out and like |
| 1284s | watching the other people as they're |
| 1285s | trying to finish and um it's just a good |
| 1288s | time now and then of course we do the |
| 1290s | wing light run right after and getting |
| 1292s | to do that with other people makes it |
| 1294s | feel a little bit less like a chore um |
| 1296s | getting all those Wing light back and we |
| 1297s | get to have a fun time we're listening |
| 1298s | to music um just hanging out so it makes |
| 1301s | it all that much more |
| 1303s | fun and you see people are saying I'm |
| 1306s | crying to you your story was really sad |
| 1308s | hi to you I love your playlist thank you |
| 1310s | we do have a Skype playlist on Spotify |

| 1348s | know what what they are so it's going to |
| 1349s | be surprise to everybody else |
| 1353s | um and uh I just I'm excited I I love |
| 1357s | Sky fashion um I love seeing everybody |
| 1360s | dress up whether it's like super um |
| 1363s | elegant you know or if it's you know |
| 1366s | just dressed up as like a little gnome |
| 1368s | or something you know like I love seeing |
| 1370s | everybody's different styles in Sky I |
| 1372s | think it's great that sky is so open to |
| 1374s | so much different expression um so I'm |
| 1377s | very excited for this I'm excited to see |
| 1379s | what everybody is wearing I'm looking at |
| 1381s | everybody right now on my screen but I'm |
| 1383s | excited to see what they're wearing and |
| 1384s | then I'm excited to see what they do for |
| 1386s | these promps so I can't wait to get |

| 1421s | friends was getting each other added um |

| 1426s | can get a clear look at everybody yeah |
| 1428s | give us a little tour uh what where are |
| 1430s | we right now uh what what do you like |
| 1432s | doing on your Nash to give us a little |
| 1435s | yeah walk through so um I when the uh |
| 1439s | season of nesting came around and I |
| 1440s | found out that we were going to have our |
| 1441s | I was so excited I as I mentioned Animal |
| 1444s | Crossing big thing I love decorating |
| 1446s | love designing so when I found out we |
| 1448s | were going to have our own little space |
| 1450s | to decorate in Sky I lost it I was so |
| 1452s | excited and I spent a long time kind of |
| 1455s | like planning out how I wanted to |
| 1457s | decorate my Nest um so this is um my my |
| 1463s | favorite piece here in my Nest it's um a |
| 1466s | little bar that divides like the living |
| 1467s | area from the kitchen |
| 1470s | and it's it's the bookshelves and I it |
| 1472s | took me a long time to get them angled |
| 1474s | like this to get them on the floor but |
| 1475s | I'm most proud of this I actually got |
| 1477s | the inspiration from irid Days another |
| 1480s | um Creator troop member and streamer on |
| 1483s | um twitch um they had a little breakfast |
| 1485s | nook with one of these and I was like |
| 1487s | I'm stealing this idea and I'm making it |
| 1489s | my own and so had to do it it's so cute |
| 1492s | I love it I love my Nest |
| 1495s | um so of course I have a little kitchen |
| 1498s | area and if I can get this to work if I |
| 1501s | can angle this right if you stand |
| 1508s | here I always say that after swimming I |
| 1511s | come here and this is how I dry off |

| 1642s | like I'm constantly changing my outfit |
| 1645s | so um I love getting to uh do things |
| 1647s | like this where I can see everybody else |
| 1649s | dress up and show me their outfits |
| 1651s | especially if it's something that I |
| 1652s | don't have um which doesn't happen often |
| 1654s | cuz I have most of the cosmetics and Sky |

| 1664s | Little Prince so I have most of the |

| 1672s | I don't have that I'm hoping days of |
| 1675s | style will give me in the little closet |
| 1677s | over there um it hasn't yet but I'm I'm |
