[2020] Anyone know specific info on respawn times?

Can someone please explain to me why my respawn times are so much longer on my end?

I've been getting way longer respawn times then my enemies in ranked matches...

For example, just last game I had 59 second respawn (for my first death).. but right before that, I killed someone and they only got a 35 second respawn(this was their 2nd death). I just don't get it? Why was mine Longer? (It was 30 minutes into the match and everyone was lvl 20)

So why am I getting longer respawn and not the enemy when it's my first death and everyone is Max lvl into a half hour game.
