[2021] Sub 30 Queues

Is anybody else getting in queues with players under level 30? Like full teams of opponents that are just starting the game?

Because I had two games recently and got curious as to how they were so bad, so I looked them up to see that hirez matched brand new 1-hour-play-time accounts with my account level 140. I know everyone immediately jumps on "they're queueing with a higher level teammate" but I literally mean all sub 30s or solo queueing players.

We need new players to keep the game active and fresh and growing, so how is this a good idea? How is this kind of system supposed to make new players want to keep playing?

On the same note, is auto buy broken? I've seen brand new accounts with a partially built first item, and that's all. How can they even vaguely have a chance against a similar team that simply builds items?
