Apart from clearly stating that correct match predictions will be rewarded with 3000 points each for those with a Viewer Pass, I seem to have gotten only 8000 points for 5 correct predictions, which wouldn't even make sense with 2000 points for each correct prediction.
Has anyone encountered the same problem or has this been officially addressed by anyone?

Hey Cupcake! Just a heads up if you guys weren’t aware, but viewerpoints don’t exist at all on iPhone anymore. Not certain about android, but I’ve confirmed with several people you cannot earn or claim VP on iPhone twitch app.
I'll let our teams know, and see if we can get that fixed. :)

So we looked into it, and it seems like this may be a Twitch issue. You can, however, watch in a browser on your phone rather than the app and it should work.
