[2021] Account Got Wiped

Hello,

I see this question has been asked but not really answered conclusively so I'm hoping I can get a better answer that what I've found.

I logged into Smite using Steam after a few years away and my account is now completely wiped. My login info was normal, just reset my password since I'd forgotten which I used to use. When I got in there was nothing on the account.

I had the founders pack (or something like that which gives all the gods) and many hours/skins/masteries. Now there's nothing.

I know for a fact I used to use Steam to play since there were 10+ hours on Steam, and before that I played on the independent launcher.

Any advice on what to do? I've already submitted a ticket to support but have not received an answer. I'm hesitant to fiddle more with the account since Ive seen that unlinking is permanent and I can't log out anymore.
