[2021] How ARENA should be today

This change as I think will no break the Game mode, will improves of course, if you don't agree, then you just is a other Game mode player and don't care about Arena, you think is fine.

- The numbers from the points of ARENA should be increase to 600 or 550 or killing minions should not reduce the points. Because how we gonna finish our build? Everytime I play Arena, I could not finish the last item from my Builds, because the Arena matches is fast and when we have only 1 point on the score, the enemy team only needs to kill a minion to win, thats unfair, so is boring to play the Game like that as always...

- Should not have a Big Minion to carry (the Minotaur), because this is ''ARENA'' not SIEGE and also Minotaur has bugs, sometimes when my teammates or me hits him, he will ignore us, seriously, this piss me off because he going straight to portal, giving points to enemy team for free.

- The minions should respawn on the mid, because sometimes, Minions will ignore other minions, going straight in the Portal and all my teammates don't make a good defense, they forgot and we get screwed, I the only one who have to do everything...
