[2020] We need to talk about the Brazilian community

It feels like HiRez has been neglecting the Brazilian community ever since Level Up stopped managing the game. Level Up had many problems but at least it felt like we had someone to turn to when we needed answers about the game.

We have basically no competitive scene now, the servers have been rubberbanding nonstop for over 4 weeks now, I've tried contacting HiRez a few times but the most I've gotten from them was a "we're looking into it", most support tickets are left unaswered, both in English and in Portuguese.

I just wish HiRez would pay a little more attention to servers outside NA/EU, I personally don't have any experience with LATAM servers but considering how many LATAM players I see playing on the Brazilian servers I can assume it's not going great for them either.

This is just yet another attempt to get HiRez's response to some of the many problems other servers have, especially the rubberbanding that makes the game pretty much unplayable in some matches.
