I'm sure this sentiment has already been echoed 100x already but this is completely disgusting and awful. To cut employees who built who you are as a company like they are nothing is beyond insane.

He's taken a pay cut to lower than his original starting salary in 2008 and is making less than most people at the company. He has a standing offer to the board to resign the moment they ask no strings attached if they decide they want to replace him.
Stew, who has consistently failed as a leader, doesn't make as much money as he used to, but Tina and others, who have given so much of themselves to make a great product, now make no money.
