I was playing Conq with Hachi yesterday using TMNT skin, and killed enemy Bastet.
I then heard him say something along the lines of "cats don't always land on their feet". Admittedly I was focused on the fight so I don't know exact line.
Is this a direct line or coincidence?

For example Tsukuyomi references Amaterasu, Awilix, Cthulhu, Nox, Susano, Xbalanque.

Yeah, if the skin has a custom voice pack they have them. The SMITE Wiki has a pretty decent log of voice pack lines that includes these extra lines and who they reference.
