[2021] Can the replays for pro games be made publicly available?

Hi, I'd be curious to know whether there's any way for us to watch the pro games from custom perspectives. I think it'd be both really interesting and a valuable learning resource to be able to follow a full match directly from the perspective of a specific role, or check out and replay specific moments from any angle and speed we wish.
