[2020] A Proposed Additional Buff to Artio

Artio was one of the most infuriating gods for me to face in the year or two after her release, however she has fallen out of favor and gone down in strength relative to other gods since her release. I got her diamond and played a bit of her in solo where I noticed that she has a pretty significant issue with her passives’ durations (I refer to her passive and ultimate passive as “passives”). 4 seconds is not a long enough time to keep stacking your passives given how long her cooldowns are and how her third abilities cast for almost as long as the passives’ durations last. Increasing the time from 4 seconds to 5 or 6 seconds would be a really nice change to allow her to be able to use her abilities fully and not rely on cooldown reduction as much in order to take advantage of her kit.
