Recently saw HiRez's statement on the Smite 2 Dev Insight that the reason they won't be transferring any old T5s is due to the fact that it would take too long to do so and 'waste' valuable man hours that could otherwise be spent on making the game better...

With this logic you'd assume they wouldn't be wasting any valuable man hours on making T5s but aren't they literally making a Zeus T5 that's gonna drop on Smite 2??

This doesn't make sense and is obviously prioritizing monetization over player loyalty and previous monetary investment into their skins. You have a better chance at making more money AND more player loyalty respecting old players previous investments into skins. Especially $100 purchases

Not only would it increase player retention, enhance the relationship with the games community, send a message that the developers care and appreciate the money and time you put into the game. But also give an opportunity for other players who never got those T5s previously to get them and spend even more money then they previously would have.

I am pretty sure that a LOT of players would purchase a T5 that they never had the chance to buy because they weren't playing back then or didn't have the chance to buy it.

Nobody is saying that they have to drop and port all the T5s at once. Just doing 1 per Season via voting would allow for more community engagement, satisfy loyal players, and also bring in more money.

Ofc development isn't super easy and I already appreciate HiRez's efforts at making complex solutions for basically unsolvable problems. But this little thing of one community voted T5 a season would change so much

As others have already pointed out, your message could've been almost identical but without name calling and it would've been a useful, meaningful contribution. This way, it just gets removed.

I've warned you already for this a week ago, please don't engage in needless name calling.
