[2021] Discordia's passive needs a small rework to benefit herself.

Does Discordia truly have a passive when she's not top damage? I mean, solo lane usually get Disco's buff during early game, ADCs usually will get that for the late game, but unless you are doing amazing with Disco, you don't have any passive at all. Don't get me wrong, I don't think her passive is bad at all, it's actually pretty OP for the team, just for existing in the match, but it won't benefit herself when she doesn't have top damage, in fact she doesn't have a passive at all, even though she is a pure damage mage, her passive ends up acting like something a support could give.

You can see Nike's passive for example, she shares with the team, while keeping the benefits for herself as well, it would be great if Discordia could get at least a weaker version of her own buff while someone else is top damage, and getting her full current buff when she is top damage, or even duplicating her current one with the top damage person.

I am seeing all these characters getting life quality buffs, like Agni's 1 dealing extra damage, or Zeus' 2 giving move and attack speed, I think she deserves some love too.
