Is Tsukuyomi's new skin supposed to have original skin's voice pack and doesn't have new voice pack with the new skin because for me at least it doesn't have new voice pack?

Edit/Correction: Apologies, after talking with the team I've been informed that this skin does not have a new voice pack.
