[2020] Did the Fenrir buff go through?

I play on Xbox.

I checked his abilities and the base damage change for his 1 and the movement speed increase during his ult hasn't changed. Is that just someone forgetting to change the numbers in his abilities and he is still actually buffed, or did it straight up not get implemented?
