[2020] Help reaching Hi-Rez Support.

Hey, /u/VonKript. I have removed your post since nobody on reddit can really help you with that.

However, I would personally recommend a few things:

1) Change data you can change through their site, instead of contacting support

2) Report in game bugs either through our discord or on patch megathreads

3) Lower the amount of tickets sent - when you send a new email, your ticket goes back to the bottom of the queue. Give them a month to respond before sending new ones.
