Top content creators have consistently doomposted about Smite 2 almost immediately after praising it for a “good patch”. It’s honestly insane how they have expectations for a split dev team to have an early build be comparable to a fully completed game.

What’s really crazy is how they get in for free, make a living off streaming, and have the audacity to tell people they deserve better. I get that it’s buggy and is having issues, but it’s nowhere near fleshed out.

Before people say it’s “feedback”, it’s not. Addressing actual issues and breaking down what’s wrong is feedback, not constantly complaining that the game is bad without any depth.

Its not going to keep recieving as interesting updates.

The updates it does recieve cuts into time spent on smite 2, literally smites future. Be that on Art, Game modes, Monetization systems, God changes/reworks, more gods being added, smite 2 original gods, game polish, QOL settings (like having individual abilities on instant cast per god) a way to look at items outside of games while in client, optemization, skin development.

All of that needs to be put into overdrive before open beta, let alone f2p release.

Not saying you're wrong on any of these, just wanted to mention that having individual ability castings per god is a thing through the settings menu, but that not a lot of people know about it. Just change the ability casting and when you go to a different character it'll go back to the defaults
