[2020] Shop Update: Prologue Items showing up in the in game Shop.

Hey folks,

We goofed up in the Shop.

1. The Jade Spiral cloudburst was only supposed to be obtained for free by playing the Prologue. It's appearance in the shop was unintended and should not have happened.
2. We just released a hotfix to remove the item
   If you bought it, you can contact us for a refund at https://support.proletariat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

This happened because of a mistake we made in our database. Human error, but one we should have caught before it went out and was promoted in our daily shop posts. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. Moving forward, we will be more vigilant when it comes to scrutinizing the Shop offerings and will do our level best to ensure that this does not occur again.

More broadly, we know that there's a lot of confusion about how/why we release certain items in the shop (I'm looking at you Elemental Outfits). We're in the process of putting together a larger post directly from the Product team (the folks who are responsible for the in game Shop) to clarify this and talk about our general shop philosophy, that we plan on sharing sometime next week.

We know that you need to be confident in the perceived value of your purchases, and we want to assure you that we're taking your thoughts and feedback into consideration. For all of you who continue to support us, we're sorry that we've not be as transparent as we could have been around our shop practices, and we're working to correct this.
