So that developers know what is working, and what isn’t working, through more direct channels than a reddit or discord. Why hasn’t this already been implemented? Does the SB team think that individual player surveys are unnecessary?

I really doubt that it would be too much to handle, considering how devs agreed that the player base wasnt big enough to support both Duos and Clash. The survey pool is not that large.

& Honestly, it’s kind of weird that there are no feedback options in-game. I can open Genshin Impact once a week and have a Player Preferences Survey waiting for me, takes 5 mins to do, and I get some in-game money for it. Along with the many other changes that this game deserves, surveying would make the path forward abundantly clear for devs, and it would help players feel like developers are listening.

We put out player surveys quite frequently, however we don't use the game client just yet for them. We'll usually announce our surveys via all of our social media channels and the #announcement channel on the official Discord server.
