[2020] New player, constantly disconnecting

I downloaded the game yesterday on steam first and ran into an error. About 4 minutes into every game, it says "Connecting" and then disconnects me from the game. It happens at the same time every time. I verified the integrity of my game files, resynced my computer clock, downloaded the epic games launcher and installed from there. I'm still getting this same error. Is there anything I can do about it? Its not my internet, I checked. I was getting 200 down 100 up.
