Edit: FYI folks, there are *ways* we have of ensuring that these wonderful individuals don't make accounts over and over again, and it's not IP banning (generally speaking IP banning is not a good practice and isn't a reliable way to capture these exceptional individuals). There are other methods that are more reliable.
Also, the beheading shall continue until morale improves.
