What's your (game) company's parental leave policy (and where's it located)? Curious where we stand... US-based and we get 3 months paid with full benefits for any new parents, regardless of births or adoptions and are real flexible about the return to work plan and schedule. 🐣

@dirtytigerx Nice! Yeah, it's weird to comp against folks in more... developed countries and feel like we're coming up short but then looking around at our peers and it FEELS like it's better.
