@JeffAHamilton Many moons ago, when we were releasing hefty content updates every single month, there was a standing (unofficial?) policy that you could transfer off the live team any time after 18 months, no questions asked. Those fires burn hot!

@JeffAHamilton The grind! Eyeballing it, I think a third to a half of my career has been on live games that we'd made. The real kicker is that I've never worked on a game that wasn't live.
