[2020] If I pay for one of the packs, do you get access to the game when it releases? Can you play it early?

Everyone has access on sept 3rd, no purchase necessary. Buying a founder pack does not get you access any earlier. Does come with some sweet exclusive cosmetic items and lots of gold though :)
