This switch black screen bug should not still be a problem, about 5 games almost in a row now it's been down to just a couple of enemies with my full squad and we always end up black screening, always towards the end and in situations where we would otherwise win. This is f*cked. We know the patch is coming but it's been several days and no updates. Is it coming within a week at least?
