We're here, however we mostly focus on our Community events and the official Spellbreak Discord. The last several weeks have been a bit rougher as I've been dealing with health issues, and my presence in the community in general has been decreased as compared to launch as a result.

As has been pointed out below, the Community team consists of myself and Andrew, and between the two of us we're busy putting together plans and events for Chapter 1, while continuing to support the community events we're currently running.

Moving forward, you'll see some new names and faces jumping in here on Reddit, mostly from the Player Support team.

Thanks for the answer. I get that it's tough right now.

Do you advice us to move on the Discord and the Community events?

We always say that the official Discord server is the best place to stay in touch with the community and what's happening with it. We post regularly in the #announcement channel, including a weekly schedule of events.

The argument of playerbase makes 0 sense. If you keep putting lv 50 players against new guys, they will leave. Leaving the game with even fewer players.

My suggestion is make queue times longer, because I would much rather wait 2 min for a game, than get into a game and dote in 2 sec

Hello there! As I've mentioned on our streams, in discord and a few other posts - we have a team that is dedicated to how matchmaking will work in the very near future. I cannot share dates, but know we are working on this and it's a high priority.

We appreciate all of the feedback that has come in regarding matchmaking and hope to make a better experience for everyone. Thank you for understanding.
