Hello there! Sorry to see you're having this issue, we miss you in the Hollow Lands! I've read through the thread here and want to let you know that you 100% do not have a ban on your account, nor the one you made to test and see if you were banned.

If you had a Netgear router, you wouldn't have any errors until after you got into a lobby, so I am nearly certain it is not that either.

There isn't anything else coming to mind immediately as to what could be going on here, but I would ask that you send us a player support ticket with as much information as you can. Feel free to refer to this Reddit thread and let the agent know what I've discussed above (you can link that as well if you like).

I'll keep an eye out for the ticket as well and continue looking into this. Hopefully, we're able to find a resolution for this soon.
