[2020] The matchmaking update was better for console

For me in EU it worked perfectly, i had fast & full lobbies for the first time. Had to switch up late at night to NAE/W, but that was no problem. Now it's even empty at those.

As a 23+ player, every server is lower than it was before the matchmaking update + reverse.

So it was fine, then it became good and now it's at it worst.
